- Assisting with the development of tenant work exhibits
- Project budgeting and scheduling
- Procurement and bidding of T.I. contractors for both landlord and tenant build-outs
- T.I. design document review to ensure drawings are coordinated with core/shell infrastructure and core/shell building specifics
- Oversight of field work to ensure compliance with cost, schedule and quality expectations
- Oversight of T.I. construction to ensure compliance with core/shell building standards
