The Archer School for Girls is a college preparatory girls school, grades 6 through 12, situated on a tight 7 acre site in Brentwood. Designed by Parallax and Associates, the campus master plan includes a new academic center and updated athletic fields (completed in 2019) along with a new multipurpose/gymnasium building.
Responsibilities:
Comprehensive Owner’s Representative services, including assisting with project entitlements, managing the plan check and permitting process, development and management of the overall project budget, general contractor and consultant procurement, schedule development, on-site construction management, furniture procurement, move-in management and oversight of site use planning and public utility coordination.
