The LA Prep project consisted of the remodel of an existing warehouse that now houses a multitenant food production center. LA Prep provides functional, affordable and fully permitted wholesale food production space to successful small and medium sized food companies that have outgrown their startup facilities. The project is the first of its kind in Southern California and has been featured in the Wall Street Journal.

Responsibilities:
Our staff provided complete owner’s representative services, including design and contractor management, project budget and schedule development and maintenance, tenant coordination and permit coordination.
